National Security

We would have heard this two letter word numerous times in our life. But I have something to tell about this. 3 days back I saw a documentary named "End of America". The documentary is about educating citizens that how far their security system intricating in their personal life.

Whenever we take the plane, have to go through security checkup. But you would have observed some guys will be taken out from your line for special security checkup.Their ticket consists four big S like SSSS in bold font. The staff says that they will pick up randomly, which is a big lie.

US National Security has list of 2 million people and they add 200k every year. Unfortunately I am also one of them. I don't know why? may be because of my name Everytime I take the plane the sign shows up. It's ok even and then but everytime it hurts and sometimes you feel very bad. So, back to documentary...Over there one guy was explaining his part of story. When ever he takes the plane alone or with his family gets SSSS,even for his mother, who is a 82 years old lady. While speaking his eyes were full of tears. I felt very bad for him and people who are going through such situations.

In the name of security countries are creating inconvenient and ferocious weather among innocent and sincere people like us. We don't know how far it goes...will there be any end...or not...Questions are unanswered... That's what NATIONAL SECURITY.

So stop flying..hahahahahahahaa

THE WHITE TIGER

Recently one of my friends bought "THE WHITE TIGER" book from Barnes & Noble book store. So, I have been reading it for a while and completed today. This book tells how a typical Indian thinks and lives his life. The Author of this book (Mr.Aravind Adiga) has given good narration to Mr.Jiabao (China PM) about Laxmangarh ( Village of India), Education in villages, poor people's life, how they serve rich people and then about Delhi, driver's life in Delhi, rich people's daily schedule, politicians corruption, life in slums, police involvement in corruption, Banglore (now Bengaluru) , IT , Outsourcing (which is opposed by President-elect Obama) and two sides of human being (Whether it's rich or poor).

Balram Halwai is a protagonist for this novel who becomes Ashok Sharma. He is from a poor village with half baked education. He managed to learn the driving and get the job at a filthy rich man. He moves to Delhi with his rich man's son Mr.Ashok. He realizes his life's destiny and one day slits his master's throat and escapes with big sum. He becomes a boss for White Tiger Inc (Taxi company) in Banglore. This is the story of the novel in my own words.

I believe there are only two types of people in this world, one is Rich and the other is Poor. There is a vast difference in India how rich people treat poor and other people when compared to most of the countries of the world. I faced it in my life but never noticed about it. When I came to US, came to know many things how should be a human being treated irrespective of his religion, country, cast and status. It didn't mean that US is one of the best countries in the world to live but compared to India it's far good. Apparently, India doesn't deserve to be called as a Democratic nation. It's a kingdom ruled by corrupted, fat bellied Politicians.

The novel goes on like a stream of river and one should read who wants to know about real India, not the India shown in "Incredible India Ad" on Television.

Had a Ike Nightmare on Friday Night

The fear started to begin in us from last week regarding Ike Hurricane. First, we planned to evacuate Houston and want to go Ruston where I studied my Master's in Biomedical Engineering. We were following weather channel which was frightening us more and more and told us that Hurricane Ike may turn into Category 3. On Friday morning we were planning to evacuate Houston in the noon after our lunch. But after lunch we decided to stop because things were changed in the sky and winds were started. Finally, we stopped. The day before we shopped necessities like candles, match boxes and Groceries.

That evening was awesome. Nice wind was blowing. We played cricket for an hour and then had Dinner. Out side wind was getting more strength as time passes. The landfall of Ike was at 2pm at Galveston its sea-shore town. I was chatting with one my friends that night on Gmail, suddenly I was blind. The power was taken out and our struggle was started. Wind was blowing in a ferocious way.

We haven't slept until 4 am in the morning. The next 24 hours we were out of power. We got power in the evening because our apartments are on the hospital line. Whenever there is natural disaster first power will be given to Hospitals, Govt Offices then to the Apartments.
There were no traffic lights nearly for 2 weeks. Eventually things are getting correct.

The tragic day has come : Sept 11

On sept 11, 2001 there was an attack on world's biggest
and tallest buildings, which served as eccentric for
world's business. Nearly 3000 innocent people died
in that tragedy. It was one of the saddest day of
21st century. Many parents lost their kids, many
kids lost their parents on that day. I pay homage
to all who lost lives in that holocaust.

After 6 years, same day made me panic in my life.
From that day, the pain and tension are chasing
me like a hungry anaconda. Day by day I am
getting hopeless and weaker.
My surroundings are changing color like a Chameleon.
I don't know what's going to happen further.
May be my destiny is different from what
I am planning to do in coming days.
I read the book "The Alchemist" in which author said
every person has a destiny, which he fulfill at end of the day.
I may find some way in near future.....

Failure......Failure

People say that after bad days you will get good ones,
but at present couldn't find anything like that. I have
been facing failures what ever I tried so far. I am
trying to be optimistic but I don't know why some
times feel very bad.sometimes felt that I was
running away from responsibilities and getting
scared of life like what's going to happen tomorrow or what will do in future.

I sit idle for hours when ever it comes to my mind. Still I hope for
good days in my life. I read a quote of Ken Lancaster "Learn from the past,Hope for the future, Live in the present". I am trying to follow according to his quotation.Let us hope for good future, that's all I can do at present...

Broken English

Last night I saw the 'Broken English' movie.
It's a love story between a beautiful american
women and a handsome french guy. I like the
way of the Julian's intense approach
towards Nora. They put the name because
of his french oriented English.

When I was watching this movie, went back
into my college days memories. One of my
classmates speaks very nice English. I like
her way of communication. At that time
I was not at good at English, means used
to speak broken one. Before talking to her,
I used to prepare what to speak. I used to
feel good even for a small conversation,
may be she was not aware of that.

I don't know much about girls psychology,
whether they like broken one or fluent one, god only knows...

Live free or Die hard

Recently I watched live free or die hard movie. The movie is totally related to
computer technology and hacking all the confidential data. In the movie, the villain
disrupt the administration of the country in the phases of traffic signals, financial and
utilities. I don't know exactly how far people can breach the security by using their
algorithms and all stuff. But we can't imagine a day without utilities and traffic signals
in the United States.I realized from the movie, the day by day advancement of
technology will be going to leave us one day in a big trouble. So, we should not go blind
on such issues instead will try for alternatives.
